Lecture Abstract】:This lecture is based on a new book being created. This book focuses on the both ordinary and extraordinary life history of a person, aiming to highlight the protagonist’s pursuit of “humanity” (e.g. justice, equality, happiness and hope). The yearning for good humanity can be found in geniuses like Mozart or in the general population. More importantly, this book explores the pitfalls and prospects that the author’s native anthropologist may bring. In short, with the rise of indigenous anthropology (local sociology and other disciplines), the author calls for the return and turn of humanity to open an anthropology of the good, thus more effectively challenging the West.
