Wang Chongming

Born in 1949, Wang Chongming is a professor of management, with research interests in human resource management, organizational behaviors and industrial psychology.

 

Prof. Wang put forward the “multi-level management decision model based on competency characteristics”, which has achieved sustained application in practice and become a new strategy for long-lasting enterprises in China. He also raised implicit evaluation and cross-dimensional dynamic evaluation and built the leadership capability model. Besides, Prof. Wang completed the theoretical model of matching Chinese entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial strategy with strategic human resources and also proposed the organizational behavior motivation mechanism of “adaptation-selection-development”, which has been successful applied to the Chinese practice of entrepreneurship and independent innovation, providing a new theoretical framework and method for the development of management psychology, organizational behaviors and human resource management in China.
