On Feb.16^th, 2012, Professor Franco Vaccarino, (the Vice President of University of Toronto), Ms. Judith Wolfson, (the Vice President who is charge of international relations), and Ms. Margaret Yan, (the Vice Director of Asian Affairs Office) visited Zhejiang University.  

Vice President Wu Ping greeted the delegation and talked about cooperation between two universities. Professor Fan Jieping and Professor Jiang Yuexiang welcomed them as well. Ms. Judith Wolfson gave an overall introduction about University of Toronto, including teachers, funding structure, student scale, scientific research and international exchange, etc.

After listening to introduction of Toronto University, Vice President Wu Ping also introduced some basic information about Zhejiang University. Two universities had a strong interest to have cooperation together. On this basis, the two sides also discussed in detailed about student exchange programs, including exchange on score, lesson hours, curriculum and other details.

After the discussion, Yang Chao (the director of Office of Faculty of Social Science), Professor Jiang Yuexiang (Secretary of College of Economics), Professor Gu Guoda (the Vice President of College of Economics), and Professor Huang Xianhai (the Vice President of College of Economics) talked about the Cooperation Project with the delegation of the University of Toronto. Two sides focused on the intention of student exchange programs.
