【Speaker Introduction】：ZHENG Zhicheng, Doctor of Sociology, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Associate Professor and Dean in Department of Sociology, Tunghai University. Research Interests: Social Theory, European Intellectual History, Gadamer's Philosophical Hermeneutics.
【Lecture Abstract】：Max Weber’s Rechtssoziologie (Sociology of Law) was the only book manuscript that had been well-kept. Therefore, the publication of the manuscript was not based upon cross-referencing with Weber’s other publications. Instead, it is based upon the compilation of the Die Wirtschaft und die Gesellschaftlichen Ordnungen (Economy and Society) and the Rechtssoziologie.
