On December 3, 2020, the National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences announced the list of major projects supported by the National Social Science Fund of China. Zhejiang University was awarded 11 projects, tied for fourth place in the number among national universities.

So far, Zhejiang University has been officially approved 16 major projects (including special ones) by the National Social Science Fund of China , which is the most in history.

In recent years, Zhejiang University has continued to achieve good results in major projects, highlighting the excellent development of philosophy and social science research in ZJU.
