主讲人简介：
Rebecca Marsh，Rebecca joined Emerald Group Publishing in 1997 as a Managing Editor with responsibility for the strategic development of a portfolio of journals in the subject area of marketing. She became Head of Editorial at the beginning of 2003. In this role she has ensured the implementation of good editorial practice and the over-arching strategic goals for Emerald's portfolio of over 120 journals. She has since been promoted to the Board of Directors and oversees Editorial, Production, External Relations and New Product Development and Management.
Rebecca is the Editorial Subject Director for the training programme with the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers and has delivered workshops both at Emerald and for ALPSP. She is an active member of the Emerald Copyright Taskforce and has recently advised on issues about plagiarism.
Prior to joining Emerald, Rebecca gained an Honours degree in English Literature and a Master of Philosophy in Publishing Studies. After graduating, she worked at the British Journal of Radiology and then at Smith Settle Publishers, a book and journal publisher.
Richard Li-Hua, PhD, is Director of China Business and Technology Transfer at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, where he teaches and researches strategic challenge and management, sustainable development, knowledge management and strategy of international technology transfer in PhD, DBA and MBA programmes. As China Advisor to Emerald, he has been leading Emerald’s China Strategy in launching a number of international journals in early 2008, including Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship, Journal of Knowledge Innovation and Triple Helix Study in China, Journal of Science and Technology Policy in China, Journal of Sustainability and Environment in China. He is Editor of Journal of Technology Management in China (www.emeraldinsight.com/info/journals/jtmc.jsp) launched with Emerald in 2005 and Co Editor in Chief of Journal of Chinese Economics and Foreign Trade Study (www.emeraldinsight.com/info/journals/jcefts.jsp). Richard is also Founder and current President of China Association for Management of Technology (www.camot.org) and Foundation Director of Management of Technology Study Centre at University of International Business and Economics (www.uibe.motsc.org). He publishes widely (40 full double-blind referred papers and 6 monographs and a number of book chapters and 2 new book contracts) and is an internationally recognized authority on strategy of international technology transfer. His research interests currently lie in technology strategy, in particular, the effectiveness and appropriateness of technology and knowledge transfer in China. He advises not only international business, but also the higher education sector and government agencies.
He was Chairman and CEO of Henan Yuxin International Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation and Managing Director of Henan-European Information Centre before he joined Northumbria University in 1997. As a researcher and business consultant, he has long been involved in managing corporate partnerships, strategic planning and implementation, international marketing research, business development and contract negotiation for his previous Chinese and current UK employer. He has been Senior Economic Advisor to the Henan Provincial Government, China and International Advisor to ARMCO, Saudi Arabia since 2003. He is now visiting professor and invited speaker to a number of universities both in China and in the West.
Jin CHEN, Professor, is Associate Dean of College of Public Administration, Zhejiang University and Chairman of Research Center for Science, Technology, Education and Policy, Zhejiang University. He publishes more than 20 books, 24 major papers on technology innovation and education economy and is an internationally recognized researcher on innovation, creation and entrepreneurship, especially on innovation strategy, innovation system and innovation management tool.
He is Chief Editor of the Journal of Knowledge Innovation in China launched with Emerald in 2007, editor of International Journal of Technology Learning, Innovation and Development, guest editor of International Journal of Manpower, associate editor of International Journal of Technology Marketing and academic advisor of Journal of Technology Marketing in China. He is committee member of Research Association of Science & Science and Science & Technology Policy of China, member of Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineers, Inc.(IEEE) and member of International Association of Management of Technology(IAMOT).
