It was approved as the key discipline of ZhejiangProvince in 2003; got the right to confer doctor’s degrees in 2000.
At present, it has 24 faculty members, including 10 professors, 12 associate professors, among whom, 7 are below 40 years old and 1 between 41-50. 12 members have doctor’s degrees, 8 master’s degrees. Besides, 1 is listed into “Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project”, 3 into 1st and 2nd grade of “151 Talent Project” of Zhejiang Province, 1 as young and middle-age academic leader of institutions of higher learning of Zhejiang Pronvince.
Over the years, the discipline has formed peculiar features in fundamental theories of administrative law, principles of Constitution and comparative administrative jurisprudence, etc.
