It was approved as the key discipline of ZhejiangProvince in 1999; got the right to confer master’s degrees in 1981, the right to confer doctor’s degrees in 1986 and the center for post-doctoral studies was approved to be set up in 1998.
At present, it has 63 faculty members, including 18 professors, 32 associate professors, among whom, 27 are below 45 years old. 16 members have doctor’s degrees, 45 master’s degrees, 3 are listed into 1st and 2nd grade of “151 Talent Project” of ZhejiangProvince.
Over the years, the discipline has formed peculiar features and advantages in scientific industries and management, human resources and business strategy management, management information research and strategic optimization, etc.
