A Study on the Document Movement Rules—Viewing the Basic Theories of Archival Science from a New Perspective, from the perspective of document movement, conducts an integrated study on the document life cycle theory, fonds theory and document value theory. It generalizes the major contents and rules of the document life cycle theory and points out that fonds theory is a theory about the group movement of documents, thus it enriches the innovative and practical subjective and objective fonds theory in the world and puts forward a dual mechanism model of document set-up and archive verification. It won The Second Prize in Library, Information and Literature of Excellent Achievements Awards of the 3rd Research on Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.
