Professor Xu,Dai was born in 1957. He is “Qiushi Distinguished Professor” of Zhejiang University, Director of Institute of literary theory, Dean of College of Media and International cultural, Vice-chairman of Chinese literary theory society, Vice-chairman of Chinese and foreign literary theories society, Chairman of Zhejiang aesthetic association. His main research area: aesthetic criticism theory, art and humanistic education. The main representative publications are: A new concept of aesthetic, Artistic new concepts, Novel narration, The basic poetics , Aesthetic criticism， Marginal narrative, Paladin road.
