Theory and Method of Government Performance Evaluation, selecting 66 evaluation indexes to construct the theoretic index of Chinese local government performance evaluation, discusses in detail the advantages and disadvantages of three quantitative methods of PCA, AHP and DEA, analyses systematically the current state and experience of the legal trend of foreign government performance evaluation and puts forward five legal principles and six strategies for comprehensively curbing government waste. It won The Third Prize in Politics of Excellent Achievements Awards of the 5th Research on Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.
