Legal Principle of Procedure, based on the idea of legal formalization, stresses the legal principle analysis of the procedure. It aims to, from the local features of Chinese rule of law, discover the real problems of the procedural law theory in the Chinese context, so it is a work on the study of law with high academic value. It won The Second Prize in Law of Excellent Achievements Awards of the 5th Research on Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.
