Total Innovative Management: Theory and Practice puts forward an original innovative management paradigm of Total Innovative Management (TIM), which has great significance in theoretic innovation. The book, by introducing the connotations and features of TIM, i.e. “Three totals and one coordination”, raises the concept of “total coordination” and discusses the system framing, capacity auditing and realization channels of TIM for the first time. TIM theory was awarded First Chinese Management Scientific Award—Academic Award by Society of Management Science of China in 2008. The book was a key book recommended by Science Press in the “going global” project of General Administration of Press and Publication. It won The Second Prize in Management of Excellent Achievements Awards of the 5th Research on Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.
