From June 3 to 8, Professor Wang Yong and other three faculties took trip to Russian at the invitation of the Russian National Moscow University and the Russian Academy of Sciences and achieved a series of in-depth cooperation.

The Bolenov Museum will receive students from Zhejiang University to engage in practical activities such as artistic creation, Chinese cultural communication and translation practice. The museum curator suggested that the two sides sign an agreement on the overseas internship base for students of Zhejiang University during the 8th International Cultural Form held in St. Petersburg in November this year.

Professor Bofsky of the Institute of Advanced Translation of Moscow State University, and Professor Lipgart, the chairman of the Department of Language and Language, said that they would actively promote substantive cooperation between Zhejiang University and Moscow State University in the project of joint training of master’s degree in translation and the construction of an interdisciplinary research center of Chinese and Russian literature.

Then, the delegation talked with the Russian Language Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Academician Plungjiang, and Professor Rahilina of the Russian National Higher Economic Research University. The other side expressed satisfaction with the achievements of the current cooperative project, the “Sino-Russian Parallel Subdatabase” under the main project “Russian National Corpus”, and they hoped to further expand the cooperation of the “Russian Learning Corpus” project.

In addition, the delegation had in-depth exchanges with the Academicians Bagno, and the two sides reached consensus on scientific cooperation based on A&HCI high-level journals.
