
Chinese Research Route of Management Competence Modeling shows some innovations. First, taking the “behavior performance, function performance and organization performance” in leadership competence modeling as comprehensive standards, it integrates the features in “selection, evaluation and decision” stages to build an “integrated thought” of leader competence model. Besides, it raises the implicit evaluation frame of “three layer matching of personnel-position-organization” and “attraction-selection-development (ASD)” to solve the leader competence model and its stativity and low-response and finally a cultural focus frame is used as a key channel for modeling the organization competence model. It won The Third Prize in Management of Excellent Achievements Awards of the 4th Research on Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.
