China Academy of Cross-border E-commerce, Zhejiang University is a creative scientific platform integrating resources from Zhejiang University and digital commerce nationwide and globally, which pursues professional, advanced, high-end and authoritative development. Adhering to the concept of “open-source innovation, connotative development”, it is professionally engaged in policy consultation, theoretical innovation, talent cultivation, media guidance and public diplomacy, in order to set up world-class advanced think tanks for digital commerce, especially for cross-border E-commerce.
