In order to discuss in depth the issues concerning democracy and governance performance, strengthening academic communication and cooperation on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, International Symposium on “Democracy and Governance Performance” Across the Taiwan Straits co-hosted by School of Public Administration at ZJU and Research Center of Chinese Mainland in Institute of Social Sciences at Taiwan University was held in Yuquan Hotel, Hangzhou. The Symposium was greatly supported by the School of Social Sciences and Faculty of Social Sciences, ZhejiangUniversity.
