Two Achievements of Humanities and Social Sciences among the Top Ten Awards of Academic Progress of Zhejiang University
Top ten awards of academic progress were given prizes in 2015 Academic Conference of Zhejiang University held on 15th May and two achievements of Humanities and Social Sciences were selected, namely, “Research on dynamic structure and its microscopic mechanism in mix Nash equilibrium exemplified by ‘stone-scissors-cloth’” conducted by Wang Zhijian from the Laboratory of Experimental Social Sciences and “Research on the evolution of coding typology of motion events in Chinese” by Shi Wenlei and Wu Yicheng from the School of Humanities.
After the procedures of recommendation, application, examination and internet balloting, top ten awards of academic progress of 2014 was formalized. The awards cover natural sciences, engineering, humanities and social sciences or other related interdisciplinary fields, and are classified into academic papers, creative research and application designs. Leaders of Zhejiang University, Wu Zhaohui, Zou Xiaodong and Ren Shaobo as well as Academician Zhang Ze, Director of the Academic Committee of Zhejiang University were present at the Conference and awarded winning students and teachers.
