On March 16th, witnessed by Commercial Counselor of Belgian Consulate General in Shanghai, Chinese-European Research Center on the Development of “The Belt and Road” Initiative (RCOD) was co-established by School of Economics, Zhejiang University and Antwerp Management School, Belgium. The Center aims to promote Chinese and European cooperation in economy, commerce, investment, business and scientific research so as to offer decision references for the implementation of “The Belt and Road” Initiative and intellectual support for Chinese and European businesses. It is hoped that China and Belgium will work together to forge the RCOD into an international think tank of some influence and renown in Chinese-European commercial cooperation, business operation and research, education and enterprise service. 

At the ceremony, Bart Cambré, Vice President of Antwerp Management School delivered a keynote speech entitled “To the Future: Comparison of Two Paths”.
