The Third Symposium on “Interpretation of the Constitution of the PRC and National Governance” Held in Zhejiang University

On March 19th, the Third Symposium on “Interpretation of the Constitution of the PRC and National Governance”, hosted by Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School and National “2011 Plan” Collaborative Innovation Center of Judicial Civilization, organized by Zhejiang University Institute of Public Law and Comparative Law and Zhejiang University Center of Public Law attached to Law Research Base of China Law Society, was held in Zhijiang Campus. More than 40 scholars from Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beihan University, Minzu University of China, Shandong University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xiamen University, Suzhou University and Guangzhou University had in-depth discussions around the topic of “clauses of national institutions”. Compared with the former two symposiums, this one conducted more detailed keynote speeches around four topics: “NPC”, “state president, State Council”, “people’s courts and people’s procuratorates” and “capital, autonomous organs and relationship betwen Chinese central government and local governments”.
