“Vision 20: International Summit on Global Governance’s New Frontiers” Held in Zhejiang University

The Summit, co-hosted by School of Public Affairs of Zhejiang University, Institute of Asian Research of University of British Columbia and Munk School of Global Affairs of University of Toronto, was held in Zhejiang University from March 31st to April 1st. The Symmit attracted over 50 top scholars, think tank members and former government officials from China, Canada, America, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Britain, India and Indonesia to conduct discussions on frontiers of global governance. 

WU Zhaohui, President of ZJU and Cindy Termorshuizen, Canadian Deputy Ambassador to China addressed the opening ceremony. SONG Yonghua, Standing Vice President of ZJU chaired the opening ceremony and made a keynote speech. Those who delivered keynote speeches included Pascal Lamy, former Secretary General of WTO, Justin Lin, Honorary President of National School of Development and Senior Vice President of the World Bank, Colin Bradford, Nonresident Senior Fellow of Global Economy and Development, Brookings Institute and Miles Kahler, Senior Fellow for global governance at the Council on Foreign Relations and distinguished professor at American University's School of International Service.
