【Speaker Introduction】：Cui Shenghuan is a professor of international law and international economic law at the Kyung Hee University School of Law. He received his Ph.D. in International Law from Seoul National University and his LL.M. from New York University. Professor Cui is currently the President of the Korea-China Law Society, the editor-in-chief of the Korean National Law Journal, a member of the International Law Association (ILA) Committee, and an arbitrator of the China Weihai (China-Korea) Arbitration Committee.
